4-in-1 filling monoblock is innovated and designed for the
requirement of non-carbonated juice pulp.
Rinsing, pulp filling, juice filling and capping are integrated
into one machine. The machine is automatically controlled and
applied to fill orange juice in the PET bottle. Granule filling
employs new-style measuring cup ration to ensure that each bottle
is well-distributed. This machine is made of high quality SUS304
material and the main parts use numerical control machine precise
processing. The whole machine adopts advanced photoelectricity to
examine the working condition of each part. The filling and capping
will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. Simple
human-machine interface is used in this equipment. Its main
functions are as follows:
1) Bottle feeding employs pneumatic conveying device and suspending
bottle-neck clamping design, so that the bottle loading is fast and
the bottle shapes will not be changed.
2) Bottle rinsing adopts advanced bottle-neck clamping technology
to avoid contact with the thread, making the products healthier.
Bottle conveying also uses bottle-neck clamping technology, and
thus there is no need to adjust the height while changing bottle
shape, only to change the shied related with bottle diameter.
3) Granule filling employs measuring cup ration to ensure that each
bottle is well-distributed.
4) Capping introduces French instant catch-cap technology.
5) Both host PLC and inverter are from famous international
companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron and so on.

Bottles on the pneumatic conveying rail are sent to the rinsing
machine (one part of the 4-in-1 granule filling machine) through
bottle split star wheel. There are stainless steel grabs on the
rotational wheel of rinsing machine. Those grabs clamp the
bottle-neck and then turn over 180° along the lead rail to make the

2. Pulp Filler
The cleaning bottles are led to the granule filling machine by the
bottle rinsing machine. Bottles in the granule filling machine are
clamped by the bottle-neck pallet and they can well achieve rise
and fall under the effect of cam.
Granule filling machine uses gravity filling method. As the bottle
rises, the filling valve opens and begins to fill. Filling finishes
when there is no material in the measuring glass.

After granule filling, the bottles are led to the juice filling
machine through the transition track wheel. Bottles in the juice
filling machine are clamped by the bottle-neck pallet and they can
well achieve rise and fall under the effect of cam.
Juice filling machine uses gravity filling method. As the bottle
rises, filling valve opens and begins to fill. Filling finishes
when the material rises to the position where the gas hole is
stemmed. After the juice filling, bottles fall and depart from the
filling valve and then enter the capping machine through the
transition track wheel.

No bottle no filling
The rotary knife on the capping machine clamps the bottleneck to
keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. Capping head keeps
revolution and rotation, and achieves grasping cover, setting
cover, cap screwing and cap-off under the action of the cam.
Finished bottles are conveyed to the outlet bottle conveying chain
from the capping machine through the outlet bottle track wheel, and
finally they are sent to the 4-in-1 granule filling machine.
